Worst service of any location I have been to. They more often than not get my order wrong. My last visit takes the cake... I ordered a unsweetened Green Tea with Lemon. Was given a regular tea. When I asked if that was green because it looked dark he held it up to the light and said "It Looks Green To Me". I said it looks like regular and then he says to me "Well we only serve green tea pre-sweetened." So his first response was a lie since he was fully aware that he gave me regular. His second response was completely wrong because that is not true of their green tea. So we have both a liar and incompetent at the same time. But this is not some rare instance. This place is always making mistakes. They don't pay attention to what you order. Hot when you want cold. Large vs Medium. It's more often than not just bad service. I will go out of my way not to use this particular DnD. Why not 1 star? Well it's still a quality drink. They have the same ingredients as the next one. They just don't remember how to prep it.

Avoid this place at all costs... After 2 years of religiously buying donuts from this location after church there was a "policy change"... You now cannot order specific kinds of donuts when going through the drive-thru, they will only give you a dozen miscellaneous donuts unless you go inside to pick out your donuts... They must've moved to a timer system & consider it a fail if a drive-thru customer takes too long? So instead of hiring more people they limit your options... Last time I'll use the location or any other Dunkin Donuts for that matter! After reading the other reviews I'm reminded of the time a girl inside the location took a coffee out of the garbage & then picked out donuts for a drive-thru customer without washing here hands. Corporate Donut FAIL!!!

The coolatta machine at this location has been down for 6 months..apparently it's finally working, but they don't tell you until after you've ordered and paid that they can't make the coffee flavored one you've ordered. Ridiculous! They need to get their s#!t together, won't bother wasting my time stopping at this location again

Can't complain about the staff, but the coffee is always cold. If I stop at a different dunkin donuts the same order is hot and tastes better.( Just wished it had a drive thru) And it seems like it's getting worse.

These people who work here are so incompetent! They mess up my order almost every morning. You definitely get what you pay for. A cheap cup of coffee with awful service. The $5.00 cup of coffee at Starbucks has been worth the service!

I'm writing a long overdue review on this not so fine establishment . I do not have anything bad to say about the staff here technically. Every time I had gone inside the building or through the drive through they were always bright and cheery ( maybe a little too much sometimes for that early in the morning). Either way I have no qualms with the demeanor of the staff, it's the coffee and food that has made by them below average even for a large food chain. I used to go to another DD down the road religiously for years until I switched jobs. The other Dunkin Donuts was busy and they NEVER got my order wrong, in fact they would see me coming in and already have my order started, so I was overjoyed when I realized that there was a DD right down the street from new job! From the first time I went there I noticed little things that were not up to what I thought were company standard. Now first off, I'm not a stickler by any means but there is something that says "I really don't care" when my favorite breakfast item in sloppily put together cheese burned, egg sliding out, literally smashed into the bottom of the bag together with a balled up bunch of napkins. Secondly, I am an avid fan of caffeine products, I drink them daily. I usually enjoy a warm cup of java with no problem no matter how strong. The coffee from this establishment constantly tastes bitter and burned and no amount of splenda and skim milk can mask it. The last and final time I went here was a few months back, I got my usual egg and cheese wake up wrap and it sure was a wake up call! Not only was it burned yet again but this time I had a special treasure embedded in my wrap. I was appalled when I had to pull a long blonde strand of hair OUT OF MY MOUTH! I'm brunette so there is no possible way it could have been mine! Gives me shivers just to think of it. I was so grossed out I swore I would never return to that Dunkin Donuts again and I have stayed true to my word.

Wow, either they've turned this place around, or the other reviewers caught this place on off days because I think this place is terrific. I know, it's Dunkin Donuts, but the folks who work here are extremely friendly, vibrant and outgoing.

Where's the 0 star? I've given this place several chances and they can't get it together. Cold coffee, stale donuts, perpetually broken equipment, rude employees and won't even bother to fix a boarded up window from a break in close to a year ago. Just went thru the drive thru to order 6 donuts and knew the exact 6 i wanted- nothing unusual. amidst my order with a nice male kid the annoying "watcha drinkin?" voice took over the order (i just imagined her pushing the guy out of the way" and told me that "its our policy that if you're orderin' alot of donuts you cant go thru the drive thru. you gotta come in, But we'll let it slide this time.". 6 donuts? Alot for a donut place? When nobody else is in line because the town has figured out how much this place sucks? Then the guy taking my order after several attempts got my very complicated order of 6 donuts right. When I went to pay I I asked to see the manager and told him I planned on writing a review for this unposted, unknown, policy and did he think the handicapped placard was hanging on my car for decoration? If an employee in a donut shop can't handle a simple order of 6 donuts from a disabled person when no one else is waiting - they are in the wrong business. The manager was not the least bit kind or contrite and in fact was an ass. I was wrong. This place is disgusting and the manager and employees are rude and unprofessional. All that aside - their products are awful. Steer clear, panera Dominick's McDonalds is right across the street but if you go- check your coffee to make sure you got what you ordered- unless you like the feeling of getting on the highway to find your coffee has no cream or is the temp and probably taste of old bath water. Your bad DD / you were sitting on a gold mine in frg and you blew it. Blew it big time

Service is much better - obviously they got the message. That being said late evenings they have one person working which can take a good deal of time to get your order if there is a line. Also I have been in 5 times and they only have Onion, Plain and Poppy bagels... I think that's all they actually order to be frank. So yes the service is much better! Good for management for listening to the customers!

This place is a sad reason for a donut shop. They never have enough on hand and as recent as last week on a Friday morning before 9 am, they ran completely out of donuts!!! How do you do that? They also have had signs on the drive up, "CLOSED, trouble with the cash registers" or just been closed with no sign at the drive-up. Also on one occasion they were completely out of whole bean bagged coffee. How does this happen? Poor management. They have also been short on ice cream at times as well. Again, very poor management.
